Dispute resolution
The European Commission discontinued its ODR platform in July 2025, so no ODR link applies. Disputes are handled directly through office@fox-armor.org; we are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme.

All performance statements are limited to the manufacturer's test documentation, in line with Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices. We publish no absolute concealment claims.
