What we store
Order data (contact details, delivery address, items, payment reference) for as long as tax law requires. Card data never reaches our servers — the acquirer handles it.
Reviews
The name, rating and text you send with a review are published on the product page once we have read it; ask us and we take it down. An email given with a review is used once, to check it against orders for the «Verified purchase» mark, and is not stored. The review text, without your name, is machine-translated by an external AI service (Anthropic) so it can be read in both languages of the shop.
Cookies
Only the cookies needed to keep your cart and session work by default. Analytics and marketing tags load after you accept them in the consent banner, and not before.
Videos
Product videos show only a cover from our own server until you press play. Play loads YouTube’s player in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): from then on Google receives your IP address and may store data on your device, under Google’s privacy policy. Nothing is loaded from YouTube for a video you do not start.
Customs data
Your name, address and the declared contents of the parcel are shared with the carrier and customs authorities. This is unavoidable for an import and is the legal basis for the shipment.
