DDP — we pay the border
Every parcel ships from Ukraine on Delivered Duty Paid terms. Import VAT, the customs levy and the broker fee are calculated into the listed price. The courier hands you the parcel and asks for nothing.
One price across the EU
We quote a single EU-wide price calculated on the highest VAT rate in the union, so no destination is under-priced. Your delivery country changes the paperwork, not what you pay.
Origin and duty
Goods of Ukrainian origin enter at 0% duty under the EU–Ukraine agreement, provided origin is declared. We attach an origin declaration to every invoice.
